It is not a tube screamer clone, but the Blue Note OD gets you into the same sonic territory, with a whole lot more variety in overdrive. As with other Rockett Pedals, you have many tonal shaping options, however the Rockett Pedals Blue Note OD has some very subtle variations in this classic tone that can really enhance the natural drive and sound of this pedal. The Volume knob and Gain knob are similar to other overdrive pedals, controlling signal level and amount of drive, respectively.

Here's where it gets interesting. The Tone knob is voiced for usable frequencies, without the extremes seen in other pedals - it has a subtle, but noticeable effect on your tone. The Fat knob is the same - a subtle but noticeable thickening of your tone. The Hot switch brings out more mids, more gain, and more lows.
